Welcome to Sunshine Henna! By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or booking a service.

1. Handmade & Custom Work

All Sunshine Henna designs and products are handmade with love and intention. Because of this, slight variations may occur — which adds to the uniqueness of each item or design. Custom work may require additional processing time depending on the level of detail and materials used.

2. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated. Sunshine Henna may accept trades or negotiated pricing in specific cases, as agreed upon directly with the artist. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom and handmade work, all sales are final once an order has been processed or a service has been completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable but may be transferable depending on the situation and artist discretion.

4. Shipping & Processing

Standard processing time for products is 2–5 business days. Custom items may take longer as each piece is handmade. Once shipped, Sunshine Henna is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by postal carriers. Please contact your shipping provider with your tracking number for delivery updates.

5. Henna Services

All henna used by Sunshine Henna is natural and made with care. However, if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please notify the artist before your appointment. A patch test can be provided upon request. Sunshine Henna is not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur after application.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, photography, and content on this site belong to Sunshine Henna and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission. Respect the artistry — always give credit where it’s due.

7. Community Values

Sunshine Henna was created to uplift, connect, and celebrate our community. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disrespectful or harmful behavior toward the artist or others.

8. Agreement
