Thank you for supporting Sunshine’s creations! Every order is made and packaged with love, care, and intention.

Processing Time:

• Standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Custom or handmade items may take longer to prepare since each one is created uniquely by Sunshine. Processing times for these items vary depending on the design and order volume — please check the individual product listing or contact us for estimated completion times.

Shipping:

• Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Shipping times depend on your chosen delivery method and location. Please note that once your package is in transit, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control — but we’ll always do our best to assist if issues arise.
